The members of the Indian Medical Association (IMA),Tripura state branch and young doctors of Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) and GB Hospital and doctors of ILS Hospital staged protest in front of their hospitals on August 13 and strongly condemned the rape and murder of a female doctor on duty at R G Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata and demanded stringent punishment for culprits.
