Three days Monsoon session of assembly commence from Wednesday

The Monsoon session of Tripura legislative assembly will commence from Wednesday and will continue for next three days up to September 6th next.
Earlier, on August 28, the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of assembly in a meeting chaired by Speaker Biswabandhu Sen informed the media that all parties unanimously decided for a three days session as all people’s representatives are in the field to provide relief to devastating flood affected people.
During the BAC meeting all parties except the representative of Congress were present and unanimously decided for a three days session.
The BAC finally decided to conduct the session for three days and in the first day of session on Wednesday (September 4th) there will be question-answer session and government will place a detail statement over massive flood across the state and its relief and rescue operations, said Law (Parliamentary Affairs) Minister Nath and added that two bill will also place during the session and discussion over the bills will be held on the final days of the session.
