The large-scale initiative, held from September 17 to October 2, 2025, coinciding with Poshan Maah, aimed to strengthen preventive and women-centric healthcare across the country.

“A record-breaking milestone for women’s health! India achieves three Guinness World Records titles under the nationwide #SwasthNariSashaktParivarAbhiyaan, reaffirming our commitment to preventive and women-centric healthcare,” Nadda wrote on X.

According to the Health Ministry, the campaign focused on improving nutrition and healthcare access for women, adolescent girls, and children, while promoting early detection of health issues and awareness around family well-being.

Over the course of the campaign, more than 19.7 lakh health camps were conducted across India, attracting participation from over 11 crore people in every district.

The record-breaking mobilisation helped India earn three Guinness World Records, recognising the largest women’s health awareness and screening campaign ever organised globally.

“This record-breaking accomplishment is a proud stride towards a Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar, and Viksit Bharat. Women’s empowerment is the foundation of a healthier and stronger India," Nadda said.

The Health Ministry described the campaign as a landmark effort in community-led health engagement, reflecting the government’s commitment to accessible, inclusive, and preventive healthcare.

By integrating awareness with screening and nutrition initiatives, the drive underscores India’s focus on “Swasth Nari” (Healthy Women) as the cornerstone of a “Sashakt Parivar” (Empowered Family), advancing the broader goal of a Viksit Bharat or developed India.
