Nagaland: ESDE joins forces with Changeinkk Foundation to empower individuals with invisible disabilities and drive innovation
The Department of Employment, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship (ESDE) has joined forces with the Changeinkk Foundation, a renowned non-profit organization dedicated to integrating individuals with learning disabilities into mainstream society.

This collaborative effort aims to empower individuals who often go unnoticed due to their invisible disabilities by providing them with essential skills. By tapping into their innate entrepreneurial spirit, the partnership seeks to harness their talents to drive innovation and foster growth for the state.
According to a recent report by the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), the Department of Employment, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship has recognized the invaluable contributions of individuals with invisible disabilities, specifically those with Specific Learning Disabilities.
These individuals have often been the driving force behind groundbreaking innovations that have shaped the world as we know it. Therefore, the partnership with the Changeinkk Foundation will primarily focus on empowering these individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills to succeed as entrepreneurs and innovators.
The Changeinkk Foundation is strongly committed to building inclusive ecosystems that champion the integration of individuals with learning disabilities throughout their lives, from early childhood to their professional careers.
Instead of creating separate systems of inclusion, this unique partnership aims to enhance the capabilities of all stakeholders involved, enabling them to foster a sustainable culture of inclusion.
Both the Nagaland government and the Changeinkk Foundation are fully dedicated to this collaborative endeavor, firmly believing that it will serve as a catalyst for innovation, productivity, and overall growth in India.
