Arunima Ghosh launches Chowman's The Great Asian Food Festival

Kolkata/IBNS: Bengali film actress Arunima Ghosh has recently launched Chowman's The Great Asian Food Festival offering delicacies from five other countries other than China.
This festival of Asian food marks a milestone of 15 years of culinary excellence of Chowman.
It aims to offer an immersive experience rooted in authenticity, nostalgia and discovery which will take the gastronomes to the origins of the comestibles.
Arunima said, "This is a great accomplishment for me because after so many years I'm back at Chowman to inaugurate this Great Asian Food Festival. I'm a foodie and the first thought that came across my mind was 'I'll eat everything here'."
Debaditya Chaudhury, Chowman Managing Director, said, "This is a very unique festival. We have sent our chefs to different countries of Asia to learn their respective authentic dishes, which have been displayed here."
"I love to travel around the world and even travel to almost every country in Asia. From those countries I have tried to bring their signature dishes with me which I thought would be great for Indians to try," Chaudhary added.
The momentous menu is being clustered by six Asian countries including Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and China.
This would continue for a month, throughout the outlets of Chowman across Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad.
