Mimi Chakraborty unveils Tanishq's new collection on Poila Boishakh

Kolkata/IBNS: Bengali film star Mimi Chakraborty has unveiled Tanishq's new collection- named Konkon Kotha- on the occasion of Poila Boishakh and Akshaya Tritiya.
The collection is an inspiration from Bengal's prosperous cultural heritage, effortlessly blending art, tradition and perpetual elegance.
Each of the pieces is designed to tribute the deep rooted customs, which echoes the sacredness of the Bengali rituals, weddings and festivals.
This collection includes a wide range of gold bangles such as, Kankan which represents marital bliss and prosperity, Loha which symbolises strength, durability and protection, Bala which embodies grandeur and Chur represents beauty, grace and the joyous rhythm of life.
“We have altogether decided on what to make and have got the best craftsmen with us. So we thought that to celebrate Bengali rituals there is no other better day than Poila Baishakh to launch this series," Mimi said at the launch.
The regional business head, Somprabh Singh and circle business head, Alok Ranjan were also present at the launch event.
