'Anti-national activities exposed?': BJP slams TMC after husband of Mamata's leader arrested with dangerous nuclear materials
New Delhi/IBNS: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has slammed the Trinamool Congress (TMC) after one of its leader's husband was arrested in West Bengal's Darjeeling with confidential DRDO documents and dangerous nuclear materials worth crores, media reports said.

TMC party leader Amrita Ekka's husband Francis Ekka was arrested by police in a joint raid with the Army from Belgachi village in Naxalbari.
Francis, who was in possession of radioactive Californium, has been charged with smuggling.
Police are probing into his possible links to foreign organisations.
Slamming the TMC, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla questioned, "Anti-national activities of TMC exposed? The possession of a highly dangerous radioactive element like Californium by a TMC leader highlights the party's involvement in activities that threaten national security."
"How could the local administration not know ? Is this negligence or deliberate complicity? A thorough and impartial investigation must reveal the truth behind these anti-national actions."
