Austria sees India as a very attractive investment destination, says Minister Martin Kocher
Austria's Labour Minister Martin Kocher has said his nation sees India as an attractive destination for investment.
"India is seen as a very attractive investment destination for Austria, and we have seen lots of investments coming in," the minister told WION news channel.
"We have also seen investments coming to Austria from India, which we also welcome. But I think that there is, again, untapped potential," Kocher said.
"But I think both sides profit and also investment component in the EU in the negotiations. You probably know we're discussing also an investment component in these negotiations," he said.
Indian Minister Piyush Goyal recently held a meeting with Kocher when they discussed ways to strengthen economic ties between the two nations.

The Austrian Minister was visiting India to attend the Raisina Dialogue 2024.
The Raisina Dialogue is India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, committed to addressing the most challenging issues facing the international community.
India is hosting the 9th edition of the Raisina Dialogue from February 21-23.
