The students have been demanding the cancellation of the exam alleging paper leak.
The exam was held on December 13.
Kishor was "forcibly removed" from Patna's Gandhi Maidan and taken to AIIMS in an ambulance by the police, sources told India Today.
According to media reports, an FIR was lodged against Kishor and some other people, asserting that the protest at the site was illegal.
