Jammu/UNI: Security forces on Monday evening launched a cordon and search operation after a suspicious movement of people was noticed by villagers in Muradpur village near Rajouri town of Jammu and Kashmir.

Police said that a suspicious movement was spotted near a house following which police along with army and paramilitary troops rushed to the spot.

They launched a search operation thereafter.

A local villager also fired some gunshots after noticing the suspicious movement, officials said.
