PM in Brazil: Modi shares images with BRICS leaders
Indian PM Narendra Modi on Sunday shared images with BRICS leaders and said the organisation has reaffirmed its commitment to closer cooperation and shared growth.

Sharing the images with BRICS leaders, he wrote on X: "With fellow BRICS leaders at the Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, reaffirming our commitment to closer cooperation and shared growth."
"BRICS holds immense potential to shape a more inclusive and equitable global future," he said.
Modi also thanked Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva for hosting the BRICS meeting.
He said: "Grateful to President Lula for hosting this year’s BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro. "
Modi said BRICS remains a powerful force for economic cooperation and global good.
Modi arrived in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro on Sunday to participate in the BRICS Summit.
He is also on a state visit to Brazil at the invitation of President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
"Landed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where I will take part in the BRICS Summit and later go to their capital, Brasília, for a state visit on the invitation of President Lula. Hoping for a productive round of meetings and interactions during this visit," he wrote in a post on X.
He lauded the Indian community in Brazil for their warm welcome extended to him in Rio de Janeiro.

PM Modi said that it is amazing how they remain connected with Indian culture and are also very passionate about India’s development.
In an X post, the Prime Minister said, "Members of Brazil’s Indian community gave a very vibrant welcome in Rio de Janeiro. It’s amazing how they remain connected with Indian culture and are also very passionate about India’s development! Here are some glimpses from the welcome…"
Modi is currently on a five-nation tour.
