PM Modi congratulates Navinchandra Ramgoolam for his win in Mauritius General Elections
New Delhi/IBNS: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Navinchandra Ramgoolam for his win in the Mauritius General Elections.
Modi wished him success in his new tenure and reiterated India’s commitment to support the prosperity and well being of the friendly people of Mauritius.
Prime Minister Modi recalled the immense contributions made by Ramgoolam and as well as by Seewoosagur Ramgoolam, the Father of Nation, over the years in strengthening the bilateral ties between India and Mauritius.
He posted on X, "Had a warm conversation with my friend @Ramgoolam_Dr, congratulating him on his historic electoral victory. I wished him great success in leading Mauritius and extended an invitation to visit India. Look forward to working closely together to strengthen our special and unique partnership."
