Mumbai/IBNS: Actor Wamiqa Gabbi has shared her experience of collaborating with director Mudassar Aziz and co-star Ayushmann Khurrana for Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, offering insights into the on-set environment.
Speaking about her first collaboration with both Aziz and Khurrana, Wamiqa said, “It was my first time working with both of them. I think the similarity is that they are both really grounded and chill as people—very easy to work with and all about good vibes.”
She added that a positive atmosphere helped her perform better: “When you have good vibes on set, you are always able to give your best. For me, the most important people on set are my director and my co-actor, and I’m glad I got to work with both of them.”
Wamiqa also lauded the director’s storytelling style, saying, “The drama that Mudassar sir brings to his films is amazing. The comedy he carries within himself translates beautifully into his scripts.”
Highlighting her comfort level with Khurrana, she said, “Ayushmann is also from Chandigarh and I’m from Chandigarh, so there was an instant ease between us from day one.”
Apart from Wamiqa, the film features Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh in key roles.
Blending situational comedy with everyday relationship dynamics, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do promises a wholesome entertainer packed with humour, confusion, and unexpected twists.
Presented by Gulshan Kumar and B R Chopra, the film is a T-Series Films and B R Studios production. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Renu Ravi Chopra, and Krishan Kumar, with creative production by Juno Chopra.
