Kantara: Chapter 1 to hit silverscreen on Dusshera 2025
Makers of Kantara: Chapter 1 has released new posters of the movie and announced that the much-anticipated film will hit the silver screen on October 2.
The movie will mark the major release during the Dusshera festivity next year.
Hombale Films, the official production house of Kantara, posted on X: "#KantaraChapter1 Worldwide Grand Release on 𝐎𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓."
Kantara: Chapter 1 is an upcoming Indian Kannada-language period action thriller film set during the reign of Kadambas of Banavasi written and directed by Rishab Shetty, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur, under Hombale Films.
It is a prequel to the 2022 film Kantara.
The film stars Rishab Shetty and Jayaram in the lead roles.
