Kareena Kapoor Khan joins hands with Meghna Gulzar and Prithviraj Sukhumaran for Daayra
Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood superstar Kareena Kapoor Khan has announced her collaboration with director Meghna Gulzar and actor Prithviraj Sukumaran for upcoming film, Daayra.
Kareena took to Instagram to drop a couple of images to announce the project with the two whom they called "dream team".
In one picture, Kareena and Sukumaran exchange serious looks while the three post for a smiling picture in the other.
She wrote in the caption, "I’ve always said that I’m a director’s actor… and this time I cannot wait to work with one of the finest director’s we have, @meghnagulzar & alongside the magnificent @therealprithvi, whose work I deeply admire. To my dream team, #Daayra let’s do this."
After Talvar and Raazi, Meghna joined hands with Junglee Pictures for Daayra which is poised to become a crime thriller.
Kareena last year featured in two crime thrillers, Jaane Jaan and The Buckingham Murders.
Co-written by Yash and Sima, Daayra is currently in pre-production.
