Preethi Pal wins bronze, Nishad Kumar clinches silver in Paralympics
Preethi Pal, 23, ensured a podium finish when she put up a spirited performance at the ongoing Paralympics to clinch bronze on Sunday.

She clinched the bronze medal in the women's 200m T35 event.

Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh-based player became the first athlete to win a track medal at the Paralympic Games by winning a podium finish in the 100 m event.
She had won the bronze in the same event.
In the 200m event, she won bronze by reaching the final mark with a personal best of 30.01s.
The gold and silver medals went to Chinese players Zhou Xia and Guo Qianqian.
Meanwhile, Nishad Kumar added one more to the tally when he won the silver in the men's high jump T47 final.
