Kolkata/IBNS: Unfancied Tapas Roy and Kamales Gupta performed their best and took the top position while top-ranked Sumit Mukherjee and Monica Jajoo, both of whom played in several international meets, failed to do justice to their fame.

The duo settled for 4th position.
Partha Pratim Pal & Sourav Mukherjee and Sowmik D & Alok Sadhu were placed 2nd and 3rd respectively in the 5th round of the 6th edition of Shree Cement Weekly Pairs Bridge Championship, according to West Bengal Bridge Association here Friday.
Pradip Dey and Arnab Ghosh took the 5th spot in the tournament held online.
