India's Test captain Shubman Gill has been named vice-captain.
The 15-member squad has been picked by the Ajit Agarkar-led Men's selection panel.
Sanju Samson has been named as the primary wicketkeeper-batter.
Jitesh Sharma is an alternate option to keep wicket in the tournament.
India's premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah, whose workload management has remained a challenge for Team India, is playing in the contest.
Asia Cup 2025, which will be played in the T20 format, will begin on September 9 and India will play their first match against UAE on 10th of the same month.
