CM felicitates top TBSE board exams performers
Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr Manik Saha on Saturday urged the board students of the Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) to work towards advancing Tripura's progress.
Dr Saha said this after felicitating the students who passed the secondary and higher secondary examinations conducted by TBSE.
"Yesterday, the results of the board exams were declared by TBSE. I asked those who achieved good results to meet with me. They came, met with me, and I gathered some information from them. If teachers and parents are supportive, then students can perform well. I want to congratulate all of you and I believe that you will encourage the upcoming generations. Along with studies, sports and extracurricular activities are also necessary. A person must understand themselves to achieve success," he said.
Dr Saha urged the students to study diligently and work to move Tripura forward.
"The quality of the Tripura board is not less than other boards. During our time in school, we had to study with limited resources and faced issues at the all-India level. But now, the syllabus of TBSE is almost similar to CBSE, enabling us to compete at the all-India level. Students from Tripura are performing well in competitive exams and bringing name and fame to the state," he added.
