CM slams Cong, CPI (M) for their syndicate political culture
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Wednesday strongly criticized oppositions CPI(M) and Congress to run the state following syndicate political culture for earning money during their regime.
He also said that as BJP doesn’t believe in syndicate political culture, people who are thinking of earning money using syndicate political culture must overcome such thinking.
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said this while addressing the Gomati district-level organizational meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at Udaipur Town Hall on Wednesday.
He said that with the help of the organization, the present government in the state is working to make Tripura a model state before the whole country.
“Therefore, organizationally, all party workers should work for the purpose of making Tripura a model state before the whole country. Workers have to work in such a way that everyone gets the motivation to take this district as a model and work. Those who have been given the responsibility in the booth must fulfill their duties with devotion”, said Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister also explained how he has worked in strengthening the booth before the 2018 elections.
“People joined the BJP because of the outcry against the tyranny of the Communists. So we have to strengthen our organization by respecting people. They have not been seen anywhere for the past five years. However, just one day before the election, they asked their people to cast a vote early in the morning. We have to take into consideration how much impact their words had on the team”, said CM Dr. Saha. He also lauded the role of the Karyakartas for their tireless work in the BJP victory.
“A list has already been prepared to mention the name of the persons who have hatched a conspiracy against the party and its candidates during an election. Karyakartas should not think that the party would not run without him”, said CM. The Chief Minister said that Gomati is the best district after West District.
“Already about Rs 32 crore have been spent in this district. Ropeway is under construction. There will be more work. The face of this industrial estate in Tripura has changed during the present government. Modern industrial factories based on rubber and bamboo has been established here. Tripura is moving forward through Prime Minister Narendra Modiji's 'Startup India Stand Up India'”, he said.
During the program Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, MLA Rampada Jamatia and MLA Abhishek Debroy and others were present.
