NEEPCO signs memorandum of agreement with NHM, Tripura

NEEPCO, Agartala has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on Wednesday with National Health Mission (NHM), Tripura as Niksha Mitra for “Providing Financial assistance for Partnership as a Nikshay Mitra , donor under the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (PMTBMBA) initiative to provide nutritional support to 200 persons.
TB (Tuberculosis) patients of West Tripura district under Nikshay Mitra scheme of union government by providing nutritional food baskets for 6 months under its CSR initiatives with financial assistance of Rs. 10 lakh.
The MoA was signed by Saju Vaheed A, Mission Director of NHM and N.K.Meitei,GM(HR) from NEEPCO in presence of J.L.Das, Head of Power Plant and Gopal Karmakar, GM(Tech)AgGBPS, NEEPCO, Agartala, Dr. Nupur Debbarma, Member Secretary-cum-State TB Officer, NHM, Tripura, Albert Debbarma, State Program Officer- PMTBMBA, Tripura and Dr. Priyanath Das, Secretary, Rotary Club of Agartala.
