Hamas publicly executes seven in Gaza, video causes massive global outrage
Hamas gunmen publicly executed at least seven people in Gaza this week, even as a new ceasefire agreement with Israel took effect and led to the release of all 20 living Israeli hostages, according to local reports and sources cited by The Times of Israel.

Sources in the enclave said Hamas has killed at least 33 people since the truce began on Friday, as part of a crackdown on rival groups challenging its control.
The executions reportedly took place in Gaza City, where fighters were seen dragging several individuals into a crowd before shooting them from behind.
A graphic video of the incident — showing seven to eight people being executed — has circulated widely on social media.
Hamas accused the victims of collaborating with Israel.
Residents told The Times of Israel that Hamas fighters have become increasingly visible across Gaza since Monday, particularly along key routes used for humanitarian aid deliveries.
Palestinian security sources told the newspaper that dozens have been killed in recent clashes between Hamas and local clans opposed to its rule.
Under the ceasefire agreement, Israeli troops have withdrawn from Gaza.
Hamas, meanwhile, released all 20 living hostages on Monday, marking a significant step toward de-escalation after two years of conflict.
At the White House, U.S. President Donald Trump urged Hamas to disarm, warning of consequences if it refuses.
“If they don’t disarm, we will disarm them — and it will happen quickly and perhaps violently,” Trump said during a meeting with Argentine President Javier Milei, according to CBC.
Reports suggest Hamas is facing growing internal challenges from armed clans and factions seeking to undermine its authority in the Strip.
