Tel Aviv: Israeli forces remain in the northern Gaza Strip, following a series of intense attacks on Hamas by both air and artillery strikes, media reports said.

Hamas has stated that it is working to locate eight hostages, who have dual Russian-Israeli citizenship, in response to Moscow's request for their release.
