Pakistan: Gunmen attack coal-laden truck in Quetta, driver killed
A driver was killed and two others were injured when gunmen attacked coal-laden trucks in Quetta region of Pakistan on Monday, media reports said.
“Two trucks caught fire in the attack,” officials told Dawn News.
Security officials told the news channel that the coal-loaded trucks were on their way to Punjab when armed men opened fire from nearby mountains in the Kham Tangi area.
The driver was identified as Nazeer Ahmed Satarzai
He is a resident of Duki.
Security forces rushed to the spot and launched an operation to track down those involved in the crime.
