Indian student Shaik Muzammil Ahmed dies of cardiac arrest in Canada
A 25-year-old Indian student has died of cardiac arrest in Canada making his family seek help from External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to help bring his mortal remains to India.
The deceased Indian student was identified as Shaik Muzammil Ahmed.
According to reports, he was pursuing a Masters in IT from Conestoga College, Waterloo Campus in Kitchener City, Ontario.
He has been staying in Canada since 2022.
He was suffering from fever for the past one week and his family received a call from his friend informing him about his death from cardiac arrest on Friday.
