The Dalit injustice era Rahul Gandhi likened to target Modi over Muslims was under Indira and Rajiv: Anil Antony reminds
New Delhi/IBNS: Congress turncoat and AK Antony's son Anil K Antony Thursday lashed out at his former party leader Rahul Gandhi for his remarks about the conditions of the Muslim community in India today and comparing it with that of the Dalits in the 1980s when the country was ruled by Congress prime ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.
In a recent speech in the United States. Rahul Gandhi said, "What is happening to Muslims in India today happened to Dalits in the 1980s. This keeps repeating periodically so we have to fight and challenge it."
In a sharp response to his statement, Anil Antony said; "Interesting analogy considering the fact that Mrs. Indira Gandhi ji was the Prime Minister of India from 1980-1984 and Sri. Rajiv Gandhi ji was the Prime Minister from 1984 to 1989. Waiting for the @INCIndia chamchas to clarify what exactly the party’s ‘forever future PM’ meant here."
"Rahul Gandhi’s speeches in US so far can be summarised as continuous whining based on imagined victimhood , and denigrating everything about India because of frustration in seeing
@narendramodiji’s sky high popularity in India and abroad, India remaining the fastest growing economy in the world, and India’s emergence as a key driver of global affairs."

Anil Antony, the son of former Defence Minister and Congress veteran AK Antony, joined the BJP on April 6.
He had stepped down from all positions within the Congress in January, following a tweet in which he criticized the contentious BBC documentary about Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which caused a stir within the party.
He had earlier accused the grand old party of ignoring Father of Indian Constitution BR Ambedkar for the longest time.
Anil, the son of former Defence Minister and Congress leader AK Antony, highlighted how Congress stalwarts were awarded Bharat Ratna but Ambedkar had to wait for decades.
