Udhaynidhi Stalin's call to 'eradicate Sanatan Dharma' reveals Opposition bloc INDIA'S hatred for Hinduism: Amit Shah
Dungarpur (Rajasthan): DMK leader MK Stalin’s minister son Udhaynidhi Stalin’s remark on Santan Dharma is a stark revelation of the Opposition bloc INDIA’s hatred for Hinduism, Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah said on Sunday.
Shah was speaking at Dungarpur in poll-bound Rajasthan at the launch of BJP's Parivartan Yatra.
“…Uprooting Sanatan Dharma is upholding humanity and human equality. Let me reiterate the crucial aspect of my speech: I believe, like the spread of diseases like COVID-19, Dengue, and Malaria by mosquitoes, that Sanatan Dharma is responsible for many social evils,” Udhaynidhi Stalin wrote on X in response BJP IT and information chief’s allegation that Stalin’s call for eradication of Hinduism is equivalent to the call for 80% population of India.
I never called for the genocide of people who are following Sanatan Dharma. Sanatan Dharma is a principle that divides people in the name of caste and religion. Uprooting Sanatan Dharma is upholding humanity and human equality.

Shah said that Stalin’s remark reflected INDIA bloc's "vote bank politics" and "appeasement" tactic to win elections.
Stalin’s party DMK is a Congress ally and part of the opposition bloc I.N.D.I.A created to unseat the BJP-led government at the Centre in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
Indicating that the Congress, too, maintained the same approach, Shah alleged that "The Congress can go to any extent for vote bank and appeasement politics."
In this context, he referred to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s 2010 remark in which he that Hindu organisations are more dangerous than Lashkar-e-Taiba. “Rahul Baba, you compared Hindu organisations to Lashkar-e-Taiba and your Home Minister said there is 'Hindu terror' in the country."

Former Home Minister and Congress leader Sushil Kumar Shinde had said he had used the expression “Hindu terror” in a party meeting in Jaipur but withdrew it immediately.
At the Rajasthan rally, Shah said Sanatana Dharma is ruling the hearts of people. "They say Sanatana rule will come if Modi wins. Sanatana is ruling people's heart," he said, said the report.
Shah underscored that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has underscored that India will run as per the Constitution.
He also accused the Congress of hindering the Ram Temple construction in Ayodhya.
"The Grand Ram temple will be ready in January at Lord Ram's birthplace. INDIA alliance cannot stop it. Congress had blocked it for years," the Union Home Minister said, according to the report.
