Mel and Jack are back! Virgin River Season 7 premieres March 12 on Netflix
Netflix has announced that the seventh season of its hit series Virgin River will premiere on March 12.
Filming for the new season wrapped up in June 2025.
Virgin River, Netflix’s longest-running current original scripted series, stars Alexandra Breckenridge and Martin Henderson.
The show, produced by Reel World Management, is based on the novels by Robyn Carr and is filmed in British Columbia, Canada, though it is set in Northern California.
The series follows Mel Monroe, a nurse practitioner and midwife who moves to the remote town of Virgin River to work at a local clinic while recovering from the death of her husband. She falls in love with Jack Sheridan, a former U.S. Marine and pub owner coping with PTSD.
In Season 6, Mel and Jack were married, setting the stage for new storylines in Season 7.
