ADG-BSF Eastern Command meets Governor

Ahead of 72nd Plenary Session of North Eastern Council (NEC), the Additional Director General (ADG) of the Eastern Command, Ravi Gandhi accompanied by Ashwani Kumar Sharma, IG Tripura Frontier BSF held a courtesy meeting with the Governor of Tripura, Indrasena Reddy Nallu at the Raj Bhavan in Agartala on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the ADG briefed the Governor about the prevailing security scenario on Indo-Bangladesh border and operational preparedness of BSF.
Governor appreciated the efforts of the BSF in Tripura to maintaining peace and security in the region and emphasized the importance of enhanced coordination between state agencies and BSF to address emerging challenges.
