President’s police medal for meritorious service to 6 Tripura cops

Altogether six Tripura police personnel have been selected for the Police Medal for meritorious service on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day.
As per the Union Home ministry’s list of the policemen for the medals include DIG (Northern Range) Rati Ranjan Debnath (IPS). He has been awarded with the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service.
For the President's Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of I-Day-2025 include Pashu Ram Debbarma, Subedar (GD) of 1st battalion TSR, Dilip Kumar Singha, Havildar (GD) of 5th battalion TSR, Druba Kapali, constable of Special Branch organization of Tripura police, Uttam Debnath , constable, posted at KTDA police training academy (PTA) and Hemendra Chandra Nath, constable, posted at North Tripura district.
