Security forces seized large quantities of dry Ganja
Based on specific information, vigilant troops of BSF, posted at Border Out Post (BOP) Patharidwar, under Madhupur police station of Sepahijala district, conducted a search operation in a Rubber garden near the Indo-Bangladesh Border and successfully seized 72 kg of Ganja worth Rs. 36 Lakh.
In separate operations, BSF troops of Tripura Frontier seized various contraband items worth Rs. 5 lakh and rescued two cattle heads from different locations .
The Border Security Force has intensified operations against trans border smuggling and drug trafficking.
