Three notorious bike lifters arrested with two bikes, gold jewellery

The Agartala city police have arrested three notorious motorbike lifters from two separate parts of the city and have also recovered two stolen bikes under their possessions on Monday.
Police sources said that on Sunday night, one notorious bike lifter identified as Nibash Debbarma had stolen a bike from Madhupur area under Sepahijala district and when on Monday morning, he was moving with that stolen bike, the police personnel from Amtali police station have managed to arrest him with stolen bike.
In another successful operation, the police personnel from New Capital Complex (NCC) police station have also arrested another two infamous bike lifters on Monday and have also recovered a stolen new bike and some gold jewelleries under their possessions.
Police added that two arrested bike lifters were identified as Salim Miah and Mohammad Sahim and police will produce them before a local court with police remand appeals on Tuesday for interrogation to get details of their bile lifting network.
