TSR jawan detained by job aspirants for fake assurances

In a sensational incident, a TSR jawan posted at 1st battalion was caught by a group of youths at Maracherra village of Kamalpur under Dhalai district on Tuesday, who was involved in a fake job racket for Central Arms Police Forces (CAPF).
Sources said that a TSR jawan identified as Nakul Chandra Das, posted at first battalion had allegedly taken huge amounts of money from some aspirants with assurance to provide them jobs in BSF.
He also had taken money from some aspirants from other states of the country including from Bihar state, who appeared in the recruitment drive with fake PRTC with address of Maracherra village under Dhalai district.
On Tuesday, accused TSR jawan had received four job offer letters from the local post office with names of candidates from other states, but addressed in Dhalai district.
After some local aspirants sensing the incident, immediately they rounded up the accused TSR jawans and manhandled him. Later, they also informed the police and they somehow rescued him from the clutches from mob fury.
Police took him under custody and said that they have received several complaints from local youths that detained TSR jawan had lured them and ensured for selection of a BSF recruitment drive. Accused jawan had also taken huge money from some aspirants.
While, police initiated an investigation to find out details of the fake job racket.
