Youth killed after crash with road divider in Agartala

In a glaring instance of reckless and negligent driving, one motorbike rider died on the spot, when his speeding motorbike crashed with the road divider at Milan Chakra area of Agartala under AD Nagar police station on Friday night.
Police sources said that amidst movement of vehicles in the both sides, at the National Highway portion of Milan Chakra area of Agartala, opposite to Maruti car showroom, a youth with heavy speed was moving that road and due to his reckless driving, he lost his control and in heavy speed crushed with the road divider.
Hearing the heavy sound of the crash, local people rushed to the spot and tried to rescue the unidentified injured youth, who was riding a bike without helmet and died on the spot.
Later, police and firefighters rushed to the spot and shifted the body of the youth to hospital for autopsy. Till last, the identity of the deceased youth is yet to be identified.
