Bridge collapse in China leaves 11 dead
The partial collapse of a highway bridge in northwest China's Shaanxi Province has left at least 11 people dead, media reports said on Friday.

The bridge, located in Zhashui County in Shangluo City, collapsed at approximately 8:40 p.m. due to a sudden downpour and flash floods, according to the provincial publicity department as quoted by Xinhua news agency.
Rescue teams have recovered five vehicles that had fallen into the river.
Rescue operation is currently underway.
