Several reports claimed that the popular singer was arrested over a defamation complaint by his former manager Salman Ahmed.
The reports claimed that Khan had dismissed Ahmed a few months earlier following a dispute.
"You are my power. My audience and fans are my power. After god, my fans are my power," the 49-year-old said in the video message.
The singer hit headlines earlier this year when a video of him hitting a man with shoes surfaced online.
In the clip, Khan asked for a bottle from the man, who said that he didn't know about it. The singer replied, "Main tujhe marunga (I will beat you)."
In a fit of rage, Khan slapped the individual as he walked out of the room to look for the bottle.
