Valedictory function of 2nd zonal youth fest celebrated at Central Sanskrit University

The 2nd Zonal Youth Festival ended on Friday in presence of Sports and Youth Affairs Minister  Tinku Roy as Chief Guest at Central Sanskrit University, Ekalavya Campus, Agartala.

A press statement issued by Ekalavya Campus said that Tinku Roy in his address has appreciated the initiative of Central Sanskrit University as it provides a scope of cultural culmination with the presence of participants and dignitaries from various states.

Further, he congratulated all the winners and  participants for showcasing their talent through performance and  sport spirits. Besides, Prof.Raj Kumar Kothari, Vice-chancellor of the Sanskrit College & University, Kolkata, Prof.Ratan Kumar Saha, Dean, College of Fisheries, Lembucherra, Prof.Banamali Biswal, Dean, Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, remained present as guests of honour respectively. Among other dignitaries mention may be made of Dr. A. Ranganatha, Registrar, ICFAI University as special guests. The valedictory session was presided over by Prof.Prabhat Kumar Mohapatra, Director, CSU, Ekalavya Campus, Agartala. Coordinator of this Youth Festival was Dr.Biwaranjan Pati, HoD (Jyotish) and Joint Coordinator was Dr.Rajib Ghosh, Assistant Professor (Physical Education).
